Product Lister

Job Description
The Product Lister commits to deliver daily output of the task given by client and cascaded by his/her
Team Leader. He she must be knowledgeable in multiple marketplaces, has good communication skills both written and oral, can edit images sing Adobe Photoshop and knowledgeable on multiple templates tools and software. 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to Team Leader
  • Adheres to Company policies
  • Adheres to account’s policies, process, and metrics.
  • Can do Market Research
  • Creates Optimized listings on Amazon, Walmart, Tesco, eBay Listing, etc. in accordance with customer SLAs/KPIS
  • Advance Creative writing and pricing updates
  • Good Communication skills via (live chat, email, voice)
  • Management of product catalogues under multiple channels
  • Product listing creation
  • Basic Photo Editing of images using Adobe Photoshop
  • Maintenance of backend inventory
  • Project management which includes project analysis, process improvements, and organization of tasks and processes.
  • Attends all meetings set by Team Leader, Management, and Client
  • Collaboration and daily reporting

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of work experience. Experience with retail e-Commerce or marketplaces preferred.
  • Bachelor/College Degree in any field
  • Background and experience as a Virtual Assistant, Freelancer, or any related back-office work is a plus.
  •  Must have a strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  •  An understanding of retail e-commerce landscape, especially eBay and Amazon, including its “best practices” is highly preferred.
  • Experience using e-commerce tools/platforms an advantage
  • Must be amenable to working in a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines
  • Must be customer-oriented and can communicate effectively and efficiently with foreign clients.
  • Proficient knowledge in using Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn internal systems, processes and additional software/web-based applications. Previous Experience with MS Excel including use of formula including VLOOKUP essential
  • Resourceful and comfortable with thinking out of the box
  • Keen attention to details with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
