Customer Service Specialist
  • Answer customer inquiries , either electronically (email / chat) or by phone
  • Assist customers to make the right product selection/find products on ebay and other marketplaces.
  • Communicate confidently and effectively
  • Provide quotes
  • Quote customers (systematic way to quote customers)
  • Have a good overall understanding of the systems (“connecting related system”)
  • Confident in making suggestions to support continuous improvement.
  • Ideally someone that can sell but this is not a hard sell, it is more about educating the buyer.

 

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be College Degree
  • Having a Customer Support job role/experience is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must
  •  Required skill (s): Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills, and above average typing
  • speed.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, multi-tasking, and can deliver results on time.
  • Must be willing to work in our office along Marcos Highway, Antipolo City
  • Must be willing to work Mondays to Fridays from 9pm to 6am 
  • Must have solid experience with email support, chat support and voice support
