BPO Lead Trainer


Responsibilites: 

  • Head,coach mentor technical/product training team
  • Strategize and plan for effective resource utilization and process target alignment.
  • Reviews the SOW’s  of the technical product training and implement the company’s contractual obligations with each client in terms of technical product training.
  • Provide technical product training needs analysis and provide recommendation to operations team.
  • Design, develop, and conduct technical product training  based on organizational needs.
  • Deliver technical product training sessions in adherence to process manuals and rigid training schedules
  • Design and deliver technical product training  program for customer service staff
  • Assess training needs
  • Strong Communication & Writing Skills
  • Public Presentation & Speaking Skills
  • Develop training Material and training needs
  • Track staff performance to asses training effectiveness



Qualification:

  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in any field
  • At least 3 years of working experience in training & development environment in a BPO set up.
  • Supervisory / 3 years up in experience specialized in customer service  or equivalent
  • Amenable with shifting schedule, holidays and weekends when necessary
  • Listening and time management skills
