Virtual Assistant | Automotive account

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email inquiries.
  • create documents on Word and Excel, knows how to write Business emails
  • Will email customers
  • Will Route Calls to correct departments
  • Assist with e-commerce operations including order processing, communication, returns/Exchanges, update Order Status, & data processing.
  • Does outbound and inbound calls Serve as primary contact for all existing accounts
  • Contact customers for follow up and feedback
  • Provide account status report to management on targets and goals

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • Has experience 1 yr to 2 years working as Receptionist
  • Minimum of at least 2 years work experience in a BPO environment in a Customer Service or Sales accounts.
  • Experience with business to business and business to customer 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and can handle multiple tasks
  • Can work on graveyard shifts
