Ecommerce Order Processor

Responsibilities:

  •  Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Process orders and provide shipment details.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Organize workflow for customer’s timeframe.
  • Process activity reports
  • Deal directly with customers and suppliers via telephone, email and chat.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service.
  •  Conduct accurate monitoring of inventory materials to immediately verify for re-ordering.

 

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be College Degree holder
  • Experience in Purchasing/Inventory/Material and Warehouse Management is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must.
  • Required skill (s): Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills, and above average typing speed.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, multi-tasking, and can deliver results on time.
  • Must be willing to work in our office along Marcos Highway, Antipolo City
  •  Must be willing to work Mondays to Fridays from 4:30pm to 1:30am
