Order Entry Specialist

Job Duties:

  • Analyses and interprets information received and formulates conclusions for opening files based upon the information provided within the request while complying with the Firm’s procedures for opening files.
  • Enters data into files with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Through order tracking, tracks completion of the following task items for all files:a. Title Exam and Tax Search b. Affiliated Business Disclosure to Buyer c. Buyer and Seller Confirmations d. Lender Confirmations e. Agent Confirmations
  • f. Invitation to Closing Connect
  • Analyses and interprets daily reports to complete tasks for sending confirmations to Buyer and Sellers once their contact information is received.
  • Anticipates, identifies and assesses issues/problems as they relate to workflow.
  • Escalates operational issues to supervisor.
  • Monitors requests received to meet daily production objective of opening all files the same day the request is received.
  • Contacts appropriate individual regarding additional information/clarification needed to ensure timely and accurate completion of requests.
  • Exemplifies excellent customer service in every interaction. This includes responding to messages and requests in a timely manner, graciously extending oneself to accommodate those served by the team and performing job duties with enthusiasm and a genuine perceivable zest to be of service

Qualifications:

  • College degree or an equivalent combination of education
  • Must have an Microsoft Excel (XML) experience or Data Entry related background
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • BPO experience is a plus!
  • Proficiency and accuracy in typing
  • Internet research skills
  • Willing to work on night shift, Monday to Friday
