Data Entry Specialist

JOB DUTIES:

  • Update product description, title, bullet points and images in Seller Central
  • Data Entry tasks and will be working on cloud-based applications and servers
  • Use Quickbooks to process back-office tasks
  • Assist in project management of task for an Amazon account
  • Assist the client in preparing orders via data entry tasks and back-office administrative functions
  • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Must have excellent English communication skills
  • At least 6 months relevant background and experience in the Amazon marketplace is required for this position
  • Background and experience in using Quickbooks is an advantage
  • Able to manage tasks effectively and quickly
  • Must have an average of 38-40 wpm typing skills
  • Keen to details, able to multi task, organized, reliable and can meet deadlines
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
