Job Description:

Our Client is looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our buying team.  As a Buyer Assistant, you will be responsible for confirming purchase orders and retrieving any missing information for products.



  • Confirm receipt and delivery of purchase orders from our vendors
  • Update purchase orders with verified information
  • Complete missing information to help in purchasing new products




  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • Proficient with business software, including email and spreadsheets.
  • Must be proficient with MS Excel and internet savvy
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • With strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Can work independently and with good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with team members at all levels.
