IT Personnel

The duties of the IT personnel cover the following areas:

Technical Support 

  • Provide assistance and training to staff on information systems as necessary
  • Create instructions for new enhancements to be distributed to employees and organize systems trainings (both local and remote) for internal and external users
  • Troubleshoot end user hardware and software issues
  • Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on staff computers
  • Repairing and maintaining all IT workstations and related accessories
  • Configuring IT equipment and peripherals (e.g., monitors, keyboards, mouse, speakers)
  • Installing required software and applications
  • Attending to employee technical concerns and providing appropriate solutions in coordination with other IT staff
  • Contributing in analyzing encountered problems with IT equipment and peripherals and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Documenting and logging tickets related to incidents and issues
  • Contributing and assisting in implementation of IT-related projects

Computer Systems Maintenance

  • Perform system upgrades as necessary for software and hardware related components as needed
  • Perform light administrative duties on network servers
  • Monitor backup procedures and perform occasional recoveries to ensure backup integrity
  • Assist with contacting vendors and service providers of IT equipment and supplies for efficient and effective office operations
  • Performing preventive maintenance on IT equipment and peripherals

Online presence Development, Maintenance and Communications

  • Work with Clients and Web Developers to manage website information to ensure content, style and presentation is appropriate for web-based publishing
  • Ensure user accessibility to the site
  • Provides analysis and recommendations for Internet, Intranet, and other technical environments.



  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/IT or a related course or a combination of education and experience
  • 1-4 years of experience in a related field/role.
  • Understanding in Networking, TCP/IP, Structured Cabling, Switches, Firewalls, PC Troubleshooting, maintenance and repair an advantage.
  • Familiarity with existing and emerging technology.
  • Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Lotus Notes Email, network-attached storage, report generation, systems and manual documentation, and wide and local networking.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt, and learn quickly.
  • Good organization skill and attention to detail.
  • Drive, motivation, and positive attitude (willingness to accept feedback, learn, and improve).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Must be willing to work in Marcos Hiway, Antipolo
  • Must be willing to work at 9pm-6am, Monday-Friday
