Customer Support Specialist

OUR CLIENT

Be part of a successful eCommerce business specializing in automotive parts specifically, replacement keys and remotes for cars.

JOB DUTIES

  • Field inbound customer support phone calls and emails usually consisting of helping customer program their new remotes in their vehicles. Process refunds and answer other miscellaneous questions.
  • Respond to customer email correspondence on XSellCo Fusion  CRM system to be provided by the client and training will be provided
  • Manage Back-end functions within CRM software programs (Paypal, ShipStation, Fusion, ChannelAdvisor)

 

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • Must have at least 1 year work experience in handling Customer Service for eCommerce accounts.
  • Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required
  • Be familiar with  software programs such as Magento, Channel Advisor, and ShipStation
  • Proven track record in improving Sales through Live Chat is a plus.
  • Required skill(s): Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Good typing speed.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills is a must.
  • Detailed, organized, reliable, and takes initiative
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule
  • Mus be willing to work along Marcos Highway Antipolo City.
