Customer Support and Research Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Source new products
  • Negotiate with suppliers to get the best product at the best prices
  • Amazon Product Research
  • Product sourcing and negotiations
  • Research new markets such as Australia, Japan and India
  • Responsible for air and ocean freight with our forwarder
  • Answer customer email (Amazon Central)
  • Sending out products to customers
  • Manually emailing existing customers
  • Create invoices
  • Additional task that maybe assigned from time to time within the scope of work.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Candidate must be a College Graduate of any course.
  • Experience in Back Office/Virtual Assisant/Data Entry or Market Research is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • With excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Exposure to ecommerce is preferred but not required
  • Must be keen to details and organized
  • Must be willing to work from 11am to 8pm, Monday to Friday
