Virtual Assistant

Job Duties:

  • General office management tasks
  • Going through scanned mail and processing them
  • Sownloading and sorting scheduled reports, forwarding them to appropriate people, or
  • inputting them into spreadsheets or uploading them into app platforms.
  • Upload product details of new products into Skubana, Shopify, Inkfrog (eBay)
  • Troubleshoot errors in Amazon Seller Central, Inkfrog, Shopify such as stranded inventory.
  • Solving these problems with relevant customer support if necessary.
  • Coordinate and track shipments to FBA
  • Check on data integrity for products to make sure product listings are correct and online
  • Reconcile invoices from logistic companies
  • Occasional research projects



  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • Use of simple macros
  • CSV handling
  • Background and experience in data entry, e-Commerce, or handling retail accounts and/or a
  • similar industry for a BPO company a big plus.
  •  Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must
  • Required skill (s): Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills, and above average typing speed.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, multi-tasking, and can deliver results on time
  •  Must be willing to work in our office along Marcos Highway, Antipolo City
