Duties and Responsibilties:

 

Copywriting

  • Responsible for writing, editing, messaging, and consistency in materials, including
  • Blogs, Product Reviews, newsletters, brochures, etc.
  • Gather information from relevant departments and craft compelling stories to communicate message for all platforms
  • Write and edit speeches and articles using the prescribed style and format.
  • Work in collaboration with other departments and marketing staff to develop collateral such as flyers,
  • surveys, brochures, and ads.
  • Present information to cross-functional teams, staff and public groups.
  • Responsible for accuracy of facts and statistics in communications materials.
  • Become conversant about the brand, mission, and background in order to convey and integrate brand messages consistently and appropriately in handling inquiries, questions, and interactions with volunteers, vendors, agencies, and the public.

 

Digital Strategy:

  • Research and develop innovative and effective plans around digital strategy to target
  • multi channel marketing programs which successfully build profitable, long term relationships.
  • Ensure alignment between the digital marketing strategy and overall organizational marketing strategy.
  • Execute social media strategies across platforms, including: creating engaging content, posting, keeping
  • profiles up to date, monitoring pages, and tracking and analyzing metrics.
  • Educate and inspire all staff on digital opportunities and best practices.
  •  Stay current on the latest technologies and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to plan, deliver and execute successful online marketing
  • campaigns (event promotion, ads, etc.) and measure results.
  • Develop and update content on website and troubleshoot issues as needed
