Customer Service Representative/Purchasing Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email inquiries.
  • Assist with e-commerce operations including order processing, communication, returns/Exchanges, update Order Status, & data processing.
  • Will create sales orders from customer purchase orders submitted via phone, fax, email, or e-Commerce channels, ensure product delivery in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Does outbound and inbound calls to acquire customer requirements, conduct market survey and identify potential customers/clients.
  • Serve as primary contact for all existing accounts
  • Contact customers for follow up and feedback
  • Provide account status report to management on targets and goals

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management,Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • Minimum of at least 2 years work experience in a BPO environment in a Customer Service or Sales accounts.
  • Experience with business to business and business to customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and can handle multiple tasks
  • Can work on graveyard shifts
  • Can Work on Philippine Holidays
  • Neutralized Accent  Sharp, creative, assertive individual who performs well in a high-growth, fast- paced environment.
