Customer Support Representative

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • Must have at least 2-3+ years work experience in handling Customer Service via Phone
  • Knowledge in online retail is preferred 
  • Proven track record in improving Sales through Live Chat is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills is a must
  • Detailed, organized, reliable, and takes initiatives
