Customer Service Officer | Antipolo City
  • Job Duties:
  • Reply to eBay/Amazon Messages
  • Use a catalogue to identify the correct part for customers, respond with recommendations
  • Track orders for customers
  • Reply to back questions
  • Check sales orders on ebay & magento then generate sales orders and send to our in-house sales team to process.
  • Manage returns through ebay and log this with our in-house sales team
  • log any relevant details to keep track of sales and returns
  • Sending out EDMS ( Email Marketing )
  • Creating eBay listings; copy information and loading photos

 

Qualifications:

  • Ecommerce experience with eBay, Amazon and Magento
  • Basic Microsoft suite experience; Excel and Word
  • Excellent written communication skill 
  • Keen to details
  • Preferred interest in Cars
  • Customer service background
  • Amenable to work along Marcos Highway Antipolo
