Responsibilites:

  • Identify management/professional training & developmental needs within the company through job analysis, appraisal schemes.
  • Consider costs of planned programs and developmental training and keep within budget of department.
  • Conduct appraisal and training evaluation
  • Devise individual or group learning plans and produce training materials as possible
  • Ensure statutory training goals are met.
  • Evaluate professional training development programs
  • Amend or revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in work environment.
  • Deploys company wide employee engagement surveys

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource, Behavioral Science.
  • Master’s Degree Is an advantage
  • With 4 years solid experience in human resource and employee engagement
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
  • Willing to work along Marcos Highway Antipolo City
