QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  2-3 years of Team Lead experience in BPO setting under back-office, e-commerce or managed services is required for this post.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Working on operations or projects which deals with e-commerce and involves purchasing, retail, data entry and consumer products.
  • Willingness to work during grave yard shift
  • Willing to work during Philippine Holidays and US Holidays
  • Proficient to Advance Level in excel application
  • Outstanding coaching skills
  •  Preferred but not required: Experience in Training or Quality
  • Amenable to work in Antipolo City


TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Regular twice a month coaching of staff
  • QA of staff once a week
  • Manage 10-15 staff
  • Daily huddle with the client for updates and performance discussion
  • Serve as a shadow resource when needed
  • Send in daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Create reports on KPI metrics
  • Assess and Evaluate staff
  • Create NTEs and serve sanctions as needed
