BPO Product Trainer


  • Facilitates classroom technical product training to transfer program,  product knowledge, customer service skills and program, process and procedures.
  • Maintains Subject Matter Expertise for the program being handled by knowing up to date products and services.
  • Provides technical product training feedback to training lead to identify gaps in training and other areas of opportunity.
  • Participate in calibration meetings to ensure information being trained is updated at all times.
  • Extract or generate training reports such as attendance and performance records as well as furnishing other training requirements as determined by the account.


  • Minimum 2 years  progressively in a contact canter environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to creatively use resources
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills –Both oral and written
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule, Holiday, Weekends
