Customer Support Representative

Job Description

  • provide exceptional customer service through phone and email inquiries
  • Assist with e-commerce operations including order processing, communication,
  • returns/Exchanges, update Order Status, & data processing
  •  Will create sales orders from customer purchase orders submitted via phone, fax, email, or
  • eCommerce channels, ensure product delivery in accordance with customer requirements
  •  Does outbound and inbound calls to acquire customer requirements, conduct market survey and identify potential customers/clients
  •  Serve as primary contact for all existing accounts
  • Contact customers for follow up and feedback
  • Provide account status report to management on targets and goals

 

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree
  •  Minimum of at least 2 years work experience in a BPO environment in a Customer Service or
  • Sales accounts
  • Experience with B2B and B2C servicing is a must
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills
  •  Ability to work independently and can handle multiple tasks
  •  Can work on graveyard shifts
  • Sharp, creative, assertive individual who performs well in a high-growth, fast-
  • paced environment
  •  Willing to work at our Antipolo office
  • Can start work ASAP
